Keep The Pavement Dry

This exhortation is cast into the fountain canopy

 A forlorn hope today after a heavy frost on wet pavements. They were very slippy.

The fountain does look glorious in brilliant sunshine. On the river bank opposite is Bonnie Dundee.

The V&A can be seen between Columns 2 and 3 (counting left to right)
