THE LOCK GATE IS CLOSED

The lock gate to the harbour in the centre of our town is closed.
My entry for the Wide Wednesday Challenge with the theme: closed - surrounded. Huge thanks to BobsBlips for hosting this interesting challenge.
My extra photo shows the harbour, surrounded by high stone walls.
In the morning there was ample sunshine and I took the chance to rake
lots of leaves and after having put them in sacks emptied these on another spot.
When I was ready and tired, the sun disappeared, but this did not prevent us from going downhill into town, and walk around, looking at the river Weser from the Kurpromenade, walking around the harbour and do some food shopping too.
