Bridges from a bridge.

I asked the train driver if he wouldn't mind just stopping for a few minutes on the bridge so I could take a photo. Of course I had to ask the guard if he wouldn't mind getting out and cleaning the window. 

We might have the oldest, slowest, coldest trains on the forgotten Carlisle/Newcastle line, but we do have the friendliest and most helpful staff.
