Charing Cross Mansions

The beauty of Glasgow's old buildings never cease to amaze me - this is the wonderful building at Charing Cross.

I blipped this building because I was sitting at the traffic lights at Charing Cross and looked up. If you check the photo there's a lovely clock in the centre at the top of the building. I got to wondering who winds it up and I reckoned if I lived in the building I'd happily do this as my public duty!

Not everyone is as public-spirited as me...the clock was at the wrong time!
