Butchery

Christmas 2011 and Mr B receives a gift of a butchery course ( to be attended with one of his friends down in London). Last night they finally managed to go and seem to have had a lovely time. The result was that he came home with almost 3kg of rolled Pork. We have frozen some and will cook the rest tomorrow, best make sure I cook it nicely then!
