Tasty Tapas

… and lots of Cava!
Last night we went to a local restaurant for "An evening of Cava and Tapas".
It was certainly rather enjoyable, with four different types of cava and tapas. We were given an explanation of how cava is made in comparison to prosecco and champagne, and some information about the rather good fizz we were drinking.

Oh - and all this was preceded by a glass or two of fino sherry!
