Transition

I took a short slightly eventful walk to Danebury Hillfort. I noticed the main shot as I like the transition from autumn to winter that it illustrates. 

The second image was of birds settling down for the night as it became dark on my walk back to the car.

Unfortunately, whilst I was up there a collie dog ran up and attacked me, first jumping on my back as I was taking a photo and then it tried to jump up at my face with its teeth out. However, I shouted at the dog, then told the owner to put it on a lead. 

Glad that I was there without my 4 year old son, as it could have been a very different situation. As a dog owner, I do love dogs, but I also know that us owners need to be responsible towards others...
