Cake!

No schools in today, so as I hadn’t eaten anything yesterday and woke with a dreadful headache, I decided to stay in and let the bug’ run its course in the warm! 

Mr L had bought me a food processor which arrived yesterday, so when I felt better this afternoon I unpacked it and tried it out. One walnut cake, one lemon drizzle and a few of the old fashioned butterfly cakes. Then I remembered we are away for the weekend! I’ve put some of the small cakes in a tin to take for the team tomorrow and the rest ( minus a couple of slices) are in the freezer!
