Hoops

I was supposed to be volunteering at Weston Park today.  Sadly the weather put paid to that and heavy rain came down all day.  

When it was time to head over to play Badminton the roads were in an atrocious state with running water filling the gulleys and the country lanes flooded from verge to verge at several points.

Again, no photos taken during the day so between games I quickly snapped one of the basketball hoops that are set at regular intervals around the sports hall.  It got me thinking that in the 40 plus years since I left school, I've never seen a game of basketball being played on the thousands of occasions I've visited a sports hall to exercise.
