Beauty is all around us.

Looking towards Church from Rishton.

It is the Feast Day of St. Albert the Great. 1206-1280. Dominican friar and later bishop. He is the patron saint of students of the natural sciences.
We have mixed weather here in Rishton.
There was a blue skied sunny few hours earlier this morning, but then it clouded over. Lights and heating both on now.
I spent about an hour walking with my camera and settled on this lovely view across the canal from Petre Crescent looking toward Church and Oswaldtwistle  and the motorway.
I went down to the shops to buy a couple of emerald green votive night light candle holders.
My daughter is volunteering five hours to take donation calls for Children in Need this evening. Good on her.
Have a lovely weekend blip friends.
