To blur or not to blur

Thank you for all the stars and favourites yesterday. Pleased you enjoyed the image.

At the Foodbank today and along with a wet afternoon meant there has been little opportunity to take any decent shots.

I have attached an image that I am considering for the Club competition next Tuesday. I like the face/expression of the woman but I suspect it will get marked down because of the arm growing out of her head.

What do you think? Do I ditch the image, leave it as it is or play around on Photoshop and blur the background?
