Day with the boys.

Busy day. It was arranged a while ago that grandsons George and Jake would come for the day today. With Normous in hospital plans changed and the boys and I had a pub lunch together. It was so good to be in the company of two lovely young men. Then Jake drove us to surprise Normous in hospital. He was delighted to see them. He had just been told, out of the blue, that he could come home! So we were able to bring him home, with Jake driving. It is good to have him home, but also I am relieved not to have that dreadful drive again for the time being.
I took a quick blip outside our lunchtime pub.
