Sunset

A quiet day today. Dry and sunny and not too cold.
I had a new hose lying outside waiting to be put on to a reel. What a job. I was exhausted by the time I finished.
I had some mail delivered yesterday when I was away and it cost me £2 as there was no stamp on it. It was the bill for the rent of the crofts. I was tempted to send the cheque back to them with no stamp on it but I didn't.
Last year I got a Xmas card from my neighbour with no stamp on it and it cost me £2.
Just doing some knitting this evening.
