Flying home

Today was a day of travelling! We arrived at Edinburgh airport at around 11, due to fly at 12.15 but we were delayed about an hour. People were getting very impatient and frustrated because there was little communication about why there was a delay. I used the time to be very mindful, very in the present and actually when you do so, the normal reactivity you might have dissipates.

This champagne bar looked very welcoming although we didn’t succumb, mostly because my husband had to try when we got back!!
