Goal Attack - 2-0 today

Glorious day , not weather wise but yes we are delighted to see the Sons' continued improvement. 2-0 up against Partick Thistle , one of the top contenders in the league ,and there we were the lowly bottom of the league team on another winning performance.

Normally even at 3-0 or 4-1 up we are desperately worried that they won't be able to hold out but not today. They were so convincing and confident we were all happy to cheer them on without the usual fear that they would lose the game. The Young Sons fans were in good form with inventive, supportive chants and very entertaining.

Unfortunately the other teams at the bottom end also won their games so despite 3 wins out of 4 since Christmas we have a lot more points but are still holding up the league from the bottom position.
Need to beat Airdrie next week!! Here's hoping.

So tonight's blip had to be this, a nano-second after this header the ball was in the net. The Joys!!!!
