Brassed off.

The plan for today was to put the warmer quilt on the bed this morning, so J got the ladder to go up the attic.We changed the quilt and put the lighter one away for next year, and he got down my Christmas cards & wrapping paper, which made sense while the ladder was out. I washed the bedclothes and put them out to dry, but they didn't, so they had to go into the dryer this afternoon.After lunch, J cleaned the brass, and I started to write some cards. All this organization is because we are both going back to work for the first two weeks of December, so needs must. We are having an M & S Chinese meal later, and then looking forward to watching Strictly in Blackpool.  I bet there will be a lot of bling.
