More Metallic Rubbish Strewn Around

No the scourge is certainly not the crows you can see :-
First it was bikes. Collect via an app & smart phone . Later dump any where  (canals included) have seen left in the middle of the road .! Silly & Insane .Now there are scooters which really are mega silly . .They use the pavement or road  hence you can be faced with fools coming at you at some speed .Those on the road ignore traffic lights .Loads are  left strewn on the pavement ..A nightmare for all but in particular visually impaired .Today at  the main station I spotted these two crows copying silly people. Actually as a perch they serve a purpose , as a means of transport  just a thumbs down !
