Rising Water

Our regular route down the lanes into Oxford was blocked off by floodwater today - so we walked down the roads instead.  

Water levels are still rising on Angel and Greyhound Meadow (usually a grassy riverside meadow) - during the 3 hours we were in town the water level rose by about 15 cm...
