CASTLE AND CAKE

Definitely a day of 2 halves....
After a good night in our massive hotel bed we had an tasty breakfast and checked out. Just a shame both were too early never had to have breakfast by 9 and check out by 10 especially at the weekend. The hotel and staff were lovely but for this reason we wouldn’t stay there again :(
##We had a lovely stroll around Lewes, visited the castle and saw Anne of Cleves house...although we didn’t go in but have a return ticket for a year!!
##We then went onto celebrate Edie’s first birthday....she was an absolute delight. The cake was amazing but luckily she wasn’t called Elizabeth or another long name :)))

The last shot was stolen off another social media of Edie, Dad and Mum...my niece ...but it was so gorgeous I had to steal it.
