Ah, well it’s Saturday
It’s Saturday and I’ve indulged myself with a meal that packs in more calories than usual but feel I deserve a treat!
Main was: boiled beetroot and Egyptian beet with balsamic vinegar, tomatoes, pea and feta cheese mash with mint, steamed broccoli, carrot and cauliflower and fillet of haddock.
Sweet was: stewed prunes and apricots, strawberries, blueberries, pear, tropical fruit salad, oat bran and topped with full fat Greek yogurt.
Must say it was delicious and so good I will not regret the scale reading tomorrow morning!
Just means I will have to burn more calories at the Peak next week.
