Watts Chapel

This Chapel was designed by Mary Watts, who, with her husband was one of the founders of the Arts and Crafts Movement towards the end of the Nineteenth century. We also visited the Watts Galleries with wonderful paintings - both of the early painters, but also contemporary ones. George Frederick Watts, Mary's husband, also designed huge statues which were cast in bronze. Also, an excellent lunch in the Tea Shop - a memorable day!
