Saturday Jaunt
Today I met the lovely Hebs in Manchester for tea, chat and a bit of a mooch. The chat was free flowing, the tea was grand and we had a nice wander with our camers. Nice to be back in the blip social scene since leaving the blip hub that is Edinburgh. We chatted about all the lovely things that blip encompasses and how it has changed. A treat.
I have long loved the red brick of Manchester. So different from Edinburgh and Glasgow. The more I look around Manchester the more I am struck by what a hodgepodge of architecture styles it is - bits added here, the shell of an old building or warehouse housing something new. New storeys added to an existing building. The city never stops and seems to be sprouting new growth all the time.
