Physio fun

An afternoon of chat and conviviality today with my favourite cousin and family. Russ is always good for a laugh, and he found some fun in my strength-building physio kit. The Pilates ring makes a rather dramatic necklace, and the arm strengthening weights are pretty ostentatious as earrings!
