Christmas Eve.

Tonight there was A LOT of baking. There wasn't a lot of need for me to be at work during the day but it wasn't particularly difficult so I shouldn't complain. It felt so good to get home. There were snowman cupcakes, reindeer cupcakes, Tim's extremely camp cupcakes and (my personal favourite) my ginger cupcakes with salted caramel icing. My best bake yet, if I do say so myself. Very sweet family evening in.
