Weekend Waves

We had a quiet morning, washing clothes, baking biscuits (with holes in the middle and melted boiled sweets - like stained glass!) & watching the gorgeous Netflix film, The Star.
After lunch we collected Claire and headed to a beach to meet a few of the 24-7 crew for a very windy and bracing walk. Soooo refreshing and lovely!! The kind of blusteriness that leaves you shattered and happy.

Today I’m grateful for;
1) How pleased Asha was when her biscuits turned out well...but also her philosophical attitude when there was a moment we thought they were ruined.
2) Claire fitting in with the 24-7 crowd as she was always part of it.
3) Beautiful walks. Good for the soul.
