Snapped this before I went to church, where we had a super service ( my favourite clergy officiating ) . Spoke to "A" who reported he has a painful swollen knee and no idea what he had done. Guessed we wouldn't go out this afternoon( we didn't)! I gave him Ibruffen & ice pack on the knee to reduce the swelling . So we'll see how it is in the morning.
