It’s Kathy and Jim’s last weekend with us before they move into their house on Thursday. So as a celebration Kathy made a cake this afternoon - a lovely soft chocolate sponge, filled and iced with chocolate butter cream and topped with Maltesers buttons (first time I’ve seen these). It was delicious.
