Bosies

Betty has her job interview this morning, she was extremely nervous but came back much happier. She’s to go for a trial shift on Monday.
Inspired by our JBO watching me and Nelly made profiteroles- our choux pastry was a little loose but not bad for a first attempt. We also made clementine curd to mix with cream to fill them.
Up to the Broons for tea. The love my girls have for their littlest chum is a joy to see.
