The Swans and the Fishermen

We managed to get out for a walk around lunchtime, though we were caught in two light showers as we headed around the common.  It did prove one thing; we'd washed our waterproof jackets in 'Tech Wash' before reproofing them after our wet weekend in Wales and they performed admirably, with the water forming as droplets on the surface rather than soaking into the outer fabric.
