Club

I'm a creature of habit & whenever I check into a hotel in the evening, and need dinner, I always order a Club Sandwich. It feels like something special, I don't know why. And it's even better in a (decent) US hotel. How do the Americans turn such a humble meal into something so delicious. And why do so many in the UK absolutely murder it?
