Draining

Today (sunday) the maintenance people have to repair a leaking stuffingbox in the desuperheating part of the steamsystem of unit EC 3.
We have to ensure that they can do that in a safe way so we are draining and depressurising the system according to a checklist.
Here you can see a draining manifold. The hot water is turning into steam when it comes into the atmosphere.

The opened valves are tagged so everybody can see.
