A sunny walk

This morning was a beautiful sunny and crisp morning. I went out with the walking group on a walk from Weston Rhyn.  

We were well into our walk when one of our members collapsed. He refused an ambulance or being taken to the doctor's or hospital and as he's a doctor no-one felt qualified to argue the point.  We were about to go back and fetch his car when a very kind man from the house nearby offered to take him home and one of our group drove his car back after the walk.  I hope he'll be okay and hopefully his wife will persuade him to get medical attention.  

There were some very hilly sections in the walk and I discovered that I'm not yet fit enough to climb hills at the speed of the others. More work at the gym is required!

This afternoon was yoga which was a lot less taxing!
