View of Oldham Stocks

After the photography workshop I attended at the weekend I decided to do a bit of landscape photography and went oputnto my favourite view of Oldhamstocks in. the foothills of the Lammerm,uirs. There is a lovely s-curve of the lane approaching the village which is quite visible from the hill to the west of it. There was fairly strong sunlight which meant that parts of the shot were in deep shadow some of which has been difficult to recover and I felt that a monochrome treatment was the most successful.
