Beanfeast

We are on a bit of a health kick, so I'm experimenting with new recipes for nutritious ingredients which I usually dismiss as too much bother. This is a 10 bean mix from Waitrose which looked interesting, and when I put them in to soak overnight I thought how pretty they looked - like pebbles in a rock pool.
