Wholemeal

I've been super-busy today catching up on stuff but I managed to bake the loaf that I prepped yesterday. It's wholemeal so I'm expecting a closed crumb when I cut it.

I'll try to get out of the house at some point this week so that you don't have to put up with foody blips.
