Nice to be able to be photographed with it in my hand! This is a book on coaching published by IESE Business School. The title and chapter structure are mine, as is the dramatisation of all the coaching case studies provided by the respective chapter authors, and the identification of the technical coaching points for each chapter. Oh, and I authored the final chapter, pulling it all together, in what I called 'The Thank You Moment'. It was launched in this Spanish version at the 4th IESE Coaching Symposium today and a few people even asked me to sign their copy. The English version will be published soon.
