Laces

Tying his shoe laces. I was on my way to the Monday night RGS lecture. A good one about Antarctica. Some positives including the ozone hole being repaired. But basically we are doomed - by 2200. So we have got just under two hundred years to find ways of coping with sea level rises of 1inch a year. Or it might have been per decade. Whatever, it's a worrying business for our great grandchildren.

I like the RGS lectures - they are nearly always interesting. But there isn't much good news coming out of them.
