One Crowded Hour

gözleme...

...balls of unleavened dough just waiting for the next order at the gözleme stall at the village Sunday markets.
The dough is rolled thin (extra) and filled with a variety of yummies folded and sealed into a pocket of deliciousness (the göz, meaning compartment.)
Traditionally cooked in a 'sac' griddle ( a type of flat frying pan) here in the market the good old 'barbie'  is doing a fine job.

Today was a quick sprint through the market in search of a curry leaf plant..but I will be back for a gözleme.
