St Pancras Lock

A busy scene, north of Kings Cross and St Pancras stations.   The couple in the foreground are walking over the entrance to the Coal Drops Basin, now filled in.  The whole are is being transformed into a modern complex of retail outlets and eating places.  However, the old Victorian buildings are being sensitively incorporated.  In the distance, there goes a Eurostar train into St Pancras.
