Injection

This afternoon it was back to Murrayfield to get a cortisone injection in my hip to, hopefully, give some pain relief. Not the nicest but everything crossed it works.

Picked up a medicinal mixed grill and a bottle of wine on the way home - needed something nice to look forward to, to get me through it :)
