Haggis
Today I'm back in the kitchen but after yesterday's mage-cooking event I've decided that today we'll have haggis which can just be stuck on the stove and checked every so often.
I first had haggis in Oban in the late 70's and was instantly hooked on it! Funnily my Scottish wife had never had haggis until about 7 years ago.
