A wet morning..........

Everything in the garden, looks refreshed, thanks to the rain, last night.  Snapped this, when I was hanging out the washing.

Spent most of the day, reading up on vitamin C.

I got it as a suggestion, for my Ups and Downs of insulin resistance series.  Must confess, it is a chemical that really has never caught my fancy.........

I know it is seen as a "miracle" vitamin, in much of the alternative health world and, I think the person, was  fishing for me, to say so. 

This is NOT going to happen. 

Not because I think it is BAD.  It's just overrated.  Hey !  WE DON'T MAKE IT !  This is a clue, it's NOT that important.

Will have to do, a lot more reading on the topic, to really get to the bottom of it, but having spent, this weekend, exploring the topic, I am pretty sure, it's NOT something to add to my Ups and Downs, series.

Having said that............. if I was dying of sepsis, I would want it pumped into me !  This is the one time, MORE really does make a difference.
