A day at sea

We’re heading to Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia and it means three sea days in a row.  

I love getting up early, heading for the gym where the exercise bikes give you a choice on screen of doing the Saint Bernard descent, or other favourites. I cycled to Courcheval this morning.

And then the pool.
