Companion yoga!

It was a small group for Yoga this morning, but we did have the addition of Missy! Her owner, M., is usually part of the group but had a fall recently and has hurt her hip. However M. is part of the committee that runs the hall and needed to pop in this morning and Missy took the opportunity to join in with the Yoga. When M. is part of the group, Missy joins in too so I think she was very happy to be back. She does like company and when M. was ready to leave, Missy wasn't, she needed extra encouragement to go back to the car for the journey home. She is a sweetie, and she demonstrated a perfect 'downward dog' before she left :-)
