Short Grass, Tall Grass

I liked the bands going across the frame, snow, short grass, tall grass and then trees. I think it gives the image recession and I liked the oranges in contrast to the dark trees. There was some light rain and that adds a slight air of mistiness.

It's tricky finding a shot where the shoreline has some variability, otherwise with the snow being so featureless that section would be quite uninteresting.

I included the few trees on the right to provide a counterpoint to the horizontal bands, although I'm still thinking about that.
