Half in Half Out

This afternoon was a relaxing one for both of us! Harris loves this bed, and seems to enjoy it more when he's half in and half out!

We did the 'By the Church' walk this morning. I did take a photo of the village church to show you, as it is lovely and quaint. Sadly the result was poor, so I will save that for another day.

My memories of our walk are more about the sound than the vision. The church bells were ringing; not loud, but haunting and sort of hesitant somehow. It was quite in keeping with the still, grey atmosphere of the morning.
