South Bank: Costume at the National Theatre

More colourful and characterful in large.

Im and I went to see "Costume at the National Theatre". It wasn't a very big exhibition, but there were some appealing costumes on show, it was nice to see them up close, and it was interesting to find out a little about the work that goes into designing, making, and maintaining them. There were also a lot of quotations from the costume team (expressing their views on the costume side of the production process, and which bits they found most challenging, enjoyable, or fulfilling), which I thought added a lot to the exhibition.
