Safety fudge!

After yesterday’s boiling sugar disaster, I still needed to make more fudge for this weekends competition. So I opted for the safety fudge recipe and with only one fully functioning hand got the old Kenwood chef to help. Hopefully I can still pull off the original plan although it will depend if I can get rid of my bandages tomorrow - fingers crossed.... very gently!
