Not a great picture - but it was the only one I got before my phone gave up and I set off back for home on my kranky bike with my throbbing knee. I'd taken a bit of a tumble a few miles earlier and bashed myself up a bit. I went down on a bend like a sack of potatoes and would like to apologise to the kindly and concerned dog walking couple who had to witness the stream of invective that issued forth as I hobbled back onto the pavement.
