Las Vegas. CES is done and dusted, all packed up and ready to go. While CES is amazing there are downsides to having such a huge show: everything costs 10x what it normally does, there are so many mobile signals and access points that nothing really works any more, traffic jams everywhere. Bah, humbug.

The other amazing thing about Las Vegas is the view from the plane when leaving. The desert scenery is fantastic. One of these days I'll hopefully get to Las Vegas not as part of a trade show.

Now to start the 18h trip home: Vegas -> O'Hare -> Heathrow -> Edinburgh.
